Please note: The Simple Home Extension packages are specifically designed for the new extension itself and the immediate knock-through into the rear of the existing property. These packages do not include wider internal renovations or internal remodeling, loft conversions, or alterations to the rest of the existing house. If your project involves any of these, we will gladly guide you toward our Technician-Led or Architect-Led services where we can deliver a tailored service for you.
Additionally, our fees do not include local authority application fees or third-party specialist reports (such as structural engineering or party wall surveyors). We can help you to appoint the other parties, though, if they are needed to ensure your project is succesful.
